Junior Call Center Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Call Center Specialist to join our support team. In this entry‑level position you will handle simple client inquiries received via phone, email or ticketing system, following company procedures and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Answer basic customer questions and resolve issues through phone, email and ticketing applications.
• Document each interaction, including problem description, solution steps and any changes made.
• Report regularly on intervention quality, ticket status and other performance metrics.
• Provide support to merchants and assist in problem‑solving activities.
• Maintain efficient communication and administrative processes.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education.
• Comfortable working with computers.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Patience, persistence, result‑orientation and a friendly attitude.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights.
• Eagerness to learn, proactive mindset and enjoyment of people‑focused work.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
