Junior ERP System Administrator

About the role

Oximio is seeking a Junior ERP System Administrator to join its international ERP team. You will support the administration, maintenance and technical support of the Priority ERP platform (WOX) while working closely with warehouse, IT, Quality and project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide ERP‑related assistance to warehouse and operational users, troubleshooting issues and answering questions.
• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions and access rights.
• Configure and maintain system forms, menus, fields and user settings.
• Monitor system tasks, background processes and integration queues.
• Investigate ERP/WMS problems, identify root causes and propose practical solutions.
• Maintain system parameters, workflows, warehouse locations and related settings.
• Support ERP testing, updates, patches and new warehouse implementations.
• Assist with warehouse hardware and integrations such as scanners, handheld terminals, printers and label printing.
• Collaborate with ERP, IT, Warehouse Operations, Quality and project teams to resolve system and process issues.
• Maintain system documentation and support change‑control and QMS requirements.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, ERP/WMS administration or a related technical role.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field (completed or in progress).
• Experience with ERP, WMS, CRM or other business software.
• Background in logistics, warehousing or an operational environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good communication skills and ability to support non‑technical users.
• Proficiency in English.
