About the role
We are seeking a motivated Junior IT Systems Administrator to join our global, people‑focused company. Based in our Belgrade office, you will provide daily technical support and help maintain a reliable IT environment for our staff.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and diagnose desktop computers and peripheral equipment issues.
- Manage IT support operations: receive, track, prioritize, assign, resolve, and notify users about requests.
- Install, configure, maintain and upgrade desktops, printers, network cards, modems, and other peripherals.
- Handle asset management, including hardware/software inventories, licensing and decommissioning.
- Document system problems and resolutions, and assist with basic IT training for staff.
Required profile
- College or university degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 2 years of IT experience.
- Proficiency in English and Serbian, both written and spoken.
Required skills
- Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) training (a plus).
- Knowledge of basic systems administration tools and processes.
