Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist Internship

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist intern to support the full recruitment cycle, assist hiring managers, and help promote our employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process and life cycle, including assessments, interviews, and offers.
• Maintain daily and weekly data reports and performance metrics.
• Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR administrators.
• Advise candidates on company benefits, salary, and work environment.
• Source candidates using social media, job boards, internet sourcing, and other technical means.
• Participate in job fairs and employer branding initiatives, focusing on the Yettel Youth Program.

Required profile

• Final year or university degree in social sciences (preferred).
• Strong communication skills and people orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Organized, structured, and a strong team player.
