About the role

Spiralyze is a data‑driven A/B testing company that works with major brands such as Pepsi, Netflix and American Express. We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate Recruiter to help attract, identify and hire great talent for our remote team.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events and platforms like Indeed, UpWork, Behance and LinkedIn.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews to assess experience, qualifications and cultural fit.
• Create and post job advertisements.
• Maintain candidate databases, track recruitment metrics and use an ATS to streamline processes.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about learning about people and moving candidates quickly through the pipeline.
• Professional presentation skills to represent the company to prospective hires.
• Quick learner who can clearly explain Spiralyze’s services and roles.
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing resumes and candidate communications.
• Highly organized to manage multiple candidates and interview stages.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
