Junior/Medior .NET/Azure Software Engineer

About the role

Centific is looking for a motivated Junior or Medior Software Engineer to join its AI‑focused platform team. You will work on backend services built on Microsoft Azure, helping to deliver scalable APIs and cloud‑native solutions for enterprise AI customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain C#/.NET backend applications on Azure.
• Build and extend scalable APIs, Azure Functions, and other cloud services.
• Work with existing codebases, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements under senior guidance.
• Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and technical discussions.
• Integrate with databases, messaging systems, and platform components.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and production monitoring.
• Investigate and resolve defects, performance problems, and incidents.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET (preferably .NET 6+).
• Experience with ASP.NET Core Web APIs and backend services.
• Working knowledge of Azure services such as App Services, Functions, SQL, Storage Accounts, or Service Bus.
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
• Understanding of source control, CI/CD concepts, and software development lifecycle.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
