Key Account Manager – Insurance

About the role

Comtrade System Integration is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager focused on the insurance sector. The role involves building and nurturing strategic relationships with insurance clients in Belgrade, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue through tailored IT and digital transformation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key insurance clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
• Understand client challenges and propose relevant IT, software, and digital transformation services.
• Collaborate with presales, technical, and delivery teams to design customized solutions.
• Create account plans and contribute to achieving sales and revenue targets.
• Engage with decision‑makers and stakeholders across the insurance industry.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies affecting insurance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in key account management, sales, or business development.
• Background working with insurance companies or strong knowledge of the insurance sector.
• Established network of contacts within the Serbian insurance market is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated commercial mindset with a track record of generating new business.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently and with cross‑functional teams.
