About the role

When you work in Freight Logistics and Operations at Kuehne+Nagel, you play a key role in optimising processes and ensuring that inventory and shipments move efficiently. You will be responsible for first‑line support to our regional companies and efficiently resolving all requests and queries.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support to regional companies, handling requests and queries promptly.
• Identify and build improvement possibilities to deliver the best quality and efficiency in service.

Required profile

• Excellent knowledge of the English language (additional languages such as German or French are a plus).
• PC literate (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet).
• Minimum high school diploma.
• Ability to follow defined processes and procedures.
• Customer‑service orientation and ability to work in a team.
