Labor Law Specialist

About the role

Versigent is seeking a Labor Law Specialist to support its fast‑moving engineering teams. You will ensure compliance with labor legislation, protect employee rights, and help shape internal policies in a dynamic, technology‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and review general legal acts and individual documents related to labor relations.
• Conduct procedures to determine violations of work duties and disciplinary breaches.
• Participate in legal processes that protect employee rights, including harassment prevention, whistleblowing, and data protection duties.
• Provide documentation for labor inspections and coordinate external legal counsel in disputes.
• Prepare evidentiary material for court proceedings.
• Assist in developing the organizational structure and updating internal regulations on job classification.
• Monitor changes in labor legislation and regulations.

Required profile

• University degree in Law (VII level of education).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources or the judiciary, focused on labor law.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in English.
