Lead Delivery Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Delivery Manager to join our Delivery Management team in Belgrade. You will drive strategic product and technology initiatives, partnering with product, engineering and business stakeholders to turn strategy into measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of multiple medium‑sized initiatives, from framing and discovery through release and adoption.
• Own delivery planning, scope, timelines, resource allocation and forecasting across 4‑5 Agile teams.
• Manage cross‑team dependencies, remove impediments, mitigate risks and resolve issues.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile and delivery best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Drive change management, stakeholder communication and contribute to evolving delivery frameworks.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience across the Software Development Lifecycle, with at least 6 years leading delivery, project or program management.
• 5+ years partnering with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Jira.
• Hands‑on experience with Confluence.
