Licensed Accountant – Hybrid, Belgrade

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Accountant with a professional accounting licence to join our growing team in the Belgrade Metropolitan Area. The role follows a hybrid work model, combining one day per week on‑site with flexible remote work. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the company’s financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Record daily transactions, reconcile accounts and keep financial records up to date.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in line with local accounting standards.
• Manage invoices, payments, budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and support internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve reporting processes and financial controls.

Required profile

• Professional accounting licence (certified or chartered accountant) and strong knowledge of local accounting and tax regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Experience in bookkeeping, account reconciliation, financial statement preparation and budgeting/forecasting.
• High level of integrity, reliability and commitment to confidentiality.
