Linguistic Validation Junior Translation Project Manager

About the role
The role manages operational aspects of linguistic validation (LV) and eCOA translation projects, ensuring work follows SOPs, policies and practices while supporting project managers and teams with minimal supervision.
Key responsibilities
- Create, track and report on project timelines.
- Manage project budgets and approve invoices.
- Produce and distribute status, tracking and financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and present project information at internal and external meetings.
- Coordinate with internal and external resources and serve as a backup contact for Project Managers.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least one year of related experience in project management or translation services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Detail‑oriented and results‑driven approach.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office applications.
