Logistic Planning Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Logistic Planning Manager to lead early‑stage planning for European import and export projects. The role covers customs affairs, transportation, overseas warehousing, solution design, cost assessment and implementation of approved solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning for European import/export projects, including customs, transport, overseas warehousing and cost assessment.
• Manage tendering and procurement of third‑party transit warehouse suppliers and develop warehousing solutions.
• Conduct annual tenders for European transportation service providers, customs brokers and other logistics suppliers.
• Maintain cost‑base tables for third‑party transit warehouses and regional freight rate tables.
• Plan, control and reduce European logistics (warehousing) costs and manage abnormal charges.
• Provide DDP logistics advice and integrated customs‑related logistics solutions.
• Oversee planning, tendering and supplier management for domestic transit warehouses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 3 years of overseas logistics experience, including at least 1 year in the automotive parts industry.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of international trade, logistics, transportation, warehousing and customs compliance.
• Familiarity with warehouse planning, operations and Warehouse Management System (WMS) usage.
• Proficiency in logistics procurement and supplier management with strong negotiation abilities.
