Logistics Clerk – Shipping & Customs Documentation

About the role

MTU Maintenance Serbia is looking for a Logistics Clerk to support the efficient flow of goods, documentation and customs procedures for its aerospace maintenance operations. You will work on‑site in Nova Pazova, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments while ensuring compliance with transport and customs regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare shipping, export and customs documents for all deliveries.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing logistics to guarantee continuous deliveries.
• Control transportation costs, approve invoices and verify credit notes.
• Order and manage packaging materials, office supplies and maintain archives.
• Collaborate with carriers, quality, IT and procurement teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Conduct quality checks, verify certificates and handle quarantine warehouse processes.
• Operate manual forklift, pallet trucks and trolleys for material handling.
• Monitor and report on QN (quality non‑conformance) processes.

Required profile

• High school diploma (4th degree) or equivalent.
• Knowledge of transport regulations and basic customs procedures.
• Ability to read technical drawings and work with production plans.
• Attention to detail for documentation and discrepancy handling.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (manual).
• Use of small pallet trucks and trolleys.
• Preparation of shipping and customs documentation.
• Reading technical drawings.
• Use of measuring tools for material verification.
