About the role
The Butler for St. Regis Residences delivers bespoke, high‑touch service to owners living in branded residences, acting as the primary luxury ambassador and ensuring every need is anticipated and fulfilled.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personalized residential experiences and services to owners, coordinating with hotel departments as needed.
- Anticipate and act on owner needs, building rapport and delivering proactive service.
- Maintain safety standards, follow company policies, and uphold quality and appearance standards.
- Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, and handling objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Minimum 6 months of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Passion for service, impeccable interpersonal skills, and ability to anticipate needs.
