About the role
The Butler at St. Regis delivers high‑touch, personalized service to luxury guests from pre‑arrival through departure. Acting as the primary face of the Butler program, the role blends bespoke experiences with seamless coordination across hotel departments.
Key responsibilities
- Provide tailored guest experiences during pre‑arrival, check‑in, stay, and departure, anticipating needs and acting proactively.
- Coordinate the efforts of Butler Valets and ensure supporting departments are equipped to meet guest expectations.
- Maintain a professional appearance and communication style while adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, and handling objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Minimum six months of related hospitality or guest‑service experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
