Machine Learning Engineer

About the role

Synechron is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join its growing AI team in Belgrade (or Novi Sad) on a hybrid working model. You will develop and deploy advanced AI solutions that transform business processes for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy advanced machine learning models, including NLP and large language models.
• Design innovative AI‑driven solutions to tackle complex business challenges.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and international teams to define and implement new features.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in cloud development and database technologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of software development experience with a strong focus on Python.
• Proficiency in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Large Language Models.
• Experience with cloud technologies, Docker, REST APIs, and both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, analytical mindset, and excellent English communication.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or a related technical field.
