Management System Administrator – Quality Management

About the role

As a Management System Administrator you will ensure that MTU Maintenance Serbia’s quality management system complies with customer, regulatory and internal requirements. You will act as a key liaison between the company, aviation authorities and suppliers, supporting audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer, regulatory and legal requirements that impact the quality management system.
• Maintain and adapt the QMS to ISO standards, internal policies and aviation authority directives.
• Manage verification and documentation of approval procedures for various aviation authorities, including the FAA.
• Support preparation, execution and evaluation of internal, supplier, customer and regulatory audits.
• Prepare the monthly Integrated Management System (IMS) report for management review.
• Monitor supplier performance and regulatory approvals, ensuring validity.
• Assist in problem‑solving, continuous improvement projects (CIP) and quality method implementation.
• Develop training concepts, qualification measures and related presentations.
• Lead independent projects within the subject area and represent MTU Maintenance Serbia in internal and external working groups.

Required profile

• University degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Relevant experience in quality management or audit education.
• Strong analytical mindset and methodological knowledge (moderation, goal‑oriented meetings, project management).
• Excellent organizational, communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel for official duties.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
