Manager Data Intelligence

About the role

The Manager Data Intelligence will collect, validate, and maintain data from internal and external sources to support feasibility and operational activities within a CRO environment. You will analyse clinical trial, site and operational data to uncover trends and provide actionable insights for stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, validate and maintain data from multiple sources to support feasibility assessments.
• Analyse clinical trial, site, investigator and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain standard reports, dashboards and visualisations for decision‑making.
• Perform data quality reviews, resolve inconsistencies and support data governance.
• Collaborate with Operational Strategy, Clinical Operations, Business Development and other functions to deliver timely analyses.
• Support the evaluation and integration of new data sources, tools and technologies.
• Maintain documentation of data sources, methodologies and reporting processes.
• Provide ad‑hoc analyses and monitor key operational metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Data Analytics, Health Sciences, Business, Statistics, Public Health or related field (Master's preferred).
• Strong experience in clinical research, feasibility, clinical operations or data analytics within a CRO, pharma or biotech environment.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse complex datasets and develop reports or dashboards for business stakeholders.
• Experience supporting feasibility assessments, site selection or operational planning is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a global, cross‑functional team.
