About the role

Join PMI's Regional Talent Acquisition team as the lead recruiter for the SEE Cluster (Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia). You will drive large‑scale recruitment projects, employer branding and early‑career initiatives to support the company’s transformation toward a smoke‑free future.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business‑critical recruitment projects across commercial and manufacturing functions.
• Develop and execute market‑level employer branding and early‑career strategies.
• Partner with People & Culture and business leaders as the primary TA advisor.
• Manage two RPO recruiters, recruitment vendors and ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Utilise multi‑channel sourcing methods, lead interviews, assessments and selection processes.
• Collaborate with regional and global colleagues to deploy effective local talent solutions.
• Use AI‑enabled tools and data analytics to monitor TA performance and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7+ years of talent acquisition experience in a multinational environment.
• Strong partnering and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Serbian and English.

Required skills

• Multi‑channel sourcing expertise.
• Experience with HR systems, ATS and TA dashboards; SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Proficiency with AI‑enabled recruitment tools and data analysis.
