Manual QA Engineer (Serbia)

About the role

Flosum is hiring a Manual QA Engineer for a contractor position in Serbia. The role covers end-to-end manual testing of web applications, including verifying bug fixes, preparing test scenarios and collaborating with developers on issues.

Key responsibilities

• Test new features and verify bug fixes.
• Perform functional, regression, smoke and exploratory testing.
• Create and maintain test cases, checklists and other QA documentation.
• Analyze requirements and prepare test scenarios before development is completed.
• Test REST APIs using Swagger or Postman and verify data using SQL.
• Reproduce reported issues and work with developers to find root causes.
• Take part in refinement sessions and release testing, and help improve testing processes and coverage.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Manual QA, including testing complex enterprise applications.
• Experience testing web applications and REST APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce and DB testing (Postgres, MySQL).
• Good communication skills, attention to detail and English sufficient for daily communication.

Required skills

• Software testing lifecycle and strong test design techniques.
• Creating test documentation from scratch.
• Jira and TestRail (or similar tools).
• Browser DevTools and basic SQL.
• CI/CD products and basic Git.
• Nice to have: automation testing (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium), Linux.
