Manual QA Tester (Software Quality Assurance)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Manual QA Tester to join Atfinity’s growing team in Niš, Serbia. You will work on testing our AI‑inspired rule engine that enables banks to automate processes without code. The role involves close collaboration with developers and clients to ensure high‑quality software.

Key responsibilities

• Execute manual test cases and analyse the results.
• Identify, document and report bugs.
• Design and write test cases.
• Verify and re‑test bugs reported by clients and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with the development team in troubleshooting issues.

Required profile

• Preferably a Bachelor’s degree.
• Passionate about testing with strong logical thinking and attention to detail.
• Curious mind and fast learner.
• Clear communication skills and a pragmatic approach to problem solving.
• Fluency in English (German is a plus).
