Marketing Specialist

About the role

ASUS is seeking a Marketing Specialist with a strong interest in Customer Relationship Management, online channel development, technology, retail and e‑commerce. You will own the end‑to‑end execution of CRM campaigns, drive online visibility of ASUS products and collaborate closely with sales and product teams to grow the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Support ASUS product registration initiatives, grow the customer database and manage personalized lifecycle and loyalty campaigns.
• Maintain ASUS content on retailer and e‑commerce pages, providing visuals, badges and product messages for consistent online presentation.
• Plan, coordinate and execute EDM campaigns for product pre‑orders, launches, seasonal promotions and other customer communications.
• Maintain marketing databases, collect and analyse campaign data, and produce regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Assist in content creation, briefing designers, proofreading documents and managing content calendars.
• Monitor CRM, digital marketing and customer‑engagement trends to identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Marketing Specialist.
• Strong interest in technology and e‑commerce.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to process, organise and prioritise large volumes of information.
• Problem‑solving mindset and a proactive attitude.
• Driving licence is desirable but not mandatory.
