Media Business Development Manager

About the role

DesignRush.com, a leading B2B media platform, is looking for a Media Business Development Manager to drive brand exposure and media package sales. This remote, full‑time position focuses on leveraging an established network of media contacts to generate new business and retain existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads and close yearly retainers for media exposure packages.
• Own the complete sales cycle: prospecting, closing, and relationship management.
• Set and report on monthly and quarterly sales targets to the executive team.
• Sell a range of media products, including contributor columns, PR campaigns, newsletters, podcasts, digital PR, and social media exposure.
• Build trusted partnerships, increase client retention, and grow revenue over time.
• Maintain pipeline activity in HubSpot CRM and collaborate with marketing and sales operations.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in media sales with a well‑established industry network.
• Proactive, analytical, tech‑savvy mindset with a strong growth orientation.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely with a reliable computer, stable internet, and availability until 5 pm EST.
