Media Buyer / Creative Strategist

About the role

We are looking for a performance‑focused Media Buyer who can blend data‑driven media planning with creative strategy to drive growth for DTC and e‑commerce brands on Meta and TikTok. The role sits at Sweat Pants Agency and works directly with clients to build testing roadmaps, guide creative production and scale winning campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Own paid‑media strategy for DTC/e‑commerce clients across Meta and TikTok, managing budgets from $30k to $1 million per month.
• Develop creative testing roadmaps, write briefs for editors, and analyse performance to identify winning angles.
• Diagnose full‑funnel issues, determining whether problems stem from creative, offer, or conversion elements.
• Communicate results, plans and next steps clearly to clients.
• Source and manage UGC creators, write scripts, and direct content production when needed.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience scaling e‑commerce brands with real Meta ad spend and demonstrable results (CPA, ROAS, revenue).
• Understanding that creative is the primary lever; able to extract insights from reviews, competitor ads and comments to generate new angles.
• Proactive, strategic mindset – challenges assumptions, moves fast and takes ownership as if the budget were your own.
• Ability to explain decisions and rationale clearly to stakeholders.
