Media Buyer & Creative Strategist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a marketer who can own DTC accounts end‑to‑end, handling strategy, media buying, creative direction and client communication. This remote role works with $6‑9M monthly Meta spend across dozens of brands.

Key responsibilities

• Own 4‑6 DTC accounts end‑to‑end, managing strategy, media buying, creative direction and client communication.
• Research customer language, competitor ads and market data to develop angles, write briefs and scripts.
• Direct editors and designers, manage creative revisions and launch 8‑10 new ads weekly.
• Build, test and deploy landing pages, advertorials and product pages using Claude Code and Vercel.
• Monitor performance, diagnose bottlenecks (creative, offer, checkout) and optimise for NC‑CPA and NC‑ROAS.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience buying Meta media for DTC/eCommerce brands with budgets from $30k to $1M per month and proven CPA/ROAS results.
• Native‑level English copywriting ability for direct‑response ads, scripts and advertorials.
• Comfort presenting to clients, explaining strategy and defending decisions during US Eastern business hours.
• AI‑native workflow, regularly using Claude (or equivalent) to research, write and build landing pages.

• Meta (Facebook) media buying at scale.
• Creative brief writing and script development.
• Landing‑page development with Claude Code and Vercel deployment.
• Data‑driven performance analysis (NC‑CPA, NC‑ROAS).
