Medical Representative – Serbia (Novi Sad, Belgrade, Nis)

About the role

We are looking for a Medical Representative to lead our local medical team across Novi Sad, Belgrade and Niš. The role combines strategic alignment with the regional medical strategy and hands‑on engagement with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the local medical team and ensure execution of the local/regional medical strategy.
• Represent Viatris professionally, complying with legal and ethical standards.
• Implement marketing program activities and maintain planned call frequencies with doctors and pharmacies.
• Develop long‑term partnerships with healthcare providers.
• Monitor market trends, gather insights and report activities accurately.
• Organise and conduct local seminars and workshops for HCPs.
• Track new developments in the medical field and assess their impact on business strategy.

Required profile

• University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry or Veterinary science.
• Previous experience in a similar pharmaceutical role is preferred.
• Strong planning, organization, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Fluent English.
• PC literacy and a valid driving licence with driving experience.
