Medical Representative – Vojvodina District

About the role

Servier is seeking a Medical Representative for a temporary assignment covering the Vojvodina District. The role involves promoting Servier’s pharmaceutical portfolio to doctors and pharmacists, building scientific relationships, and supporting educational initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct medical calls to doctors and pharmacists within the assigned territory.
• Develop and follow journey plans to ensure optimal coverage and visit frequency.
• Analyze personal business performance and propose improvements.
• Organize doctor group meetings, round tables and support customer educational programs.
• Utilize the customer relationship management system on a daily basis.
• Participate in team meetings, presenting territory analysis and improvement proposals.

Required profile

• University degree in Medical, Pharmaceutical or Dentistry Science.
• Clean driver’s license and willingness to travel within the district.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• 1 to 5 years of in‑field experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Effective communication, influencing and analytical skills.
• Upper‑intermediate command of English.
