Medior 3D XR Developer

About the role

SyncVR Medical creates immersive XR solutions for hospitals across Europe. As a Medior 3D XR Developer you will join the Education project team to build state‑of‑the‑art medical simulations that train healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop interactive medical procedures in Unity using clean, modular C# code.
• Integrate high‑fidelity 3D assets with engine performance, ensuring lighting, shaders and FPS are optimal on Quest 3 headsets.
• Research and embed AI tools to create dynamic, non‑linear training scenarios.
• Translate complex clinical protocols into robust state‑machine logic for virtual equipment and patient reactions.
• Implement xAPI telemetry and ensure seamless communication with Learning Management Systems.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of professional experience building real‑time Unity applications.
• Proven track record in game studios, XR agencies or industrial simulation companies.
• Experience with simulation‑driven projects where accuracy and performance are critical (preferred).
