Menadžer objekta – Senta

About the role

We are launching the first Maxi store in Senta and need a Store Manager to lead the opening and build the team from day one. The role combines operational responsibility, people management and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all material and financial aspects of the store, ensuring organized and efficient operations.
• Manage ordering, receiving, merchandising and shelf availability, maintaining product quality and correct pricing.
• Control stock write‑offs, returns and inventory processes, including regular and ad‑hoc stock counts.
• Implement planograms, promotional setups and secondary placements.
• Maintain store hygiene, documentation and corrective actions.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and development of new employees.
• Organize weekly and monthly staff meetings, schedule work shifts and annual leave.
• Analyze performance data and drive actions to meet strategic targets.

Required profile

• III level of education (high school diploma or equivalent).
• At least one year of experience in a similar retail management role.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Leadership skills with decision‑making capacity in a dynamic environment.
• Result‑oriented mindset and consistent adherence to business standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
