Meta Ads Media Buyer

About the role

Glow Marketing is a performance marketing agency that helps aesthetic, beauty and medical clinics across Europe and the US grow with Facebook and Instagram ads. We are hiring a full‑time media buyer to launch, manage and scale Meta ad campaigns for our clinic clients.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and manage Meta ad campaigns for clinics offering treatments such as injectables, laser, skin and body procedures.
• Monitor accounts daily, pause under‑performing ads and scale the successful ones.
• Report weekly on winning and fatigued ads, focusing on those that generate booked and paying patients.
• Collaborate closely with the ad creative specialist to ensure fresh creative is delivered each week.
• Participate in team performance meetings on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Required profile

• Proven experience running Facebook and Instagram ads, preferably for local businesses or clinics.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Data‑driven decision maker who communicates clearly and takes ownership.
• Available full‑time during CET working hours.
• Bonus if you can also write ad copy or scripts.
