Mid-Weight Conceptual Designer

About the role

As a Mid-Weight Conceptual Designer you will bring brand stories to life, blending creative flair with commercial awareness. You will work closely with planners, strategists, art directors, copywriters and project managers to deliver high‑quality designs that meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and execute innovative designs for print, digital, social media, web banners, infographics and presentations.
• Maintain visual‑identity consistency and adhere to brand guidelines across all deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate brief requirements into compelling visual solutions.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting timelines and milestones.
• Contribute to creative strategy development and enhance user experiences.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects across multiple mediums.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma with solid typography and layout skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to articulate design concepts.
• Detail‑oriented, organised and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
