Monitoring and Customer Support Operator

About the role

As a Monitoring and Customer Support Operator in Chip Card’s Monitoring team, you will be the first point of contact for clients, handling tickets, emails and phone calls while ensuring the stability and performance of payment processing services.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve client issues via ticketing system, email or phone, following established procedures.
• Provide first‑level technical support to control and restore services.
• Monitor systems and service delivery using dashboards, notifications and service applications.
• Execute client requests such as generating reports and adjusting card configuration parameters.
• Track incoming client emails and system alerts, and report on service quality, ticket status and KPIs.
• Maintain and update documentation to meet client requirements and support internal knowledge sharing.
• Stay informed about technological innovations to align processes with contracts and specifications.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in customer support or a strong desire to start a career in this field.
• Bachelor’s degree, completed undergraduate studies, or secondary education.
• Willingness to work in 12‑hour combined day/night shifts.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Problem‑solver, detail‑oriented, resourceful and team‑oriented.
