Motion Designer / Marketing Animator

About the role

We are looking for a creative Motion Designer / Marketing Animator to produce eye‑catching animated banners, short videos and cinematic scenes that promote our games. You will work closely with marketing managers, creative leads and game artists to turn static assets into dynamic, platform‑ready motion pieces.

Key responsibilities

• Create animated marketing banners and short promotional videos from provided game assets.
• Animate characters, logos, backgrounds, UI elements and promotional scenes.
• Build parallax setups and animate cameras to add depth and cinematic presentation.
• Add VFX, particles, lighting, atmosphere, transitions and compositing polish.
• Edit, clean up, prepare or create additional assets as needed.
• Adapt animations to multiple aspect ratios, resolutions, safe zones and platform requirements.
• Produce MP4 banners, GIF animations and trailer‑style edits for marketing needs.
• Prepare Photoshop assets for efficient animation in After Effects.
• Deliver organized project files and final renders within agreed deadlines.

Required profile

• Strong professional experience with Adobe After Effects.
• Good practical knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for asset preparation.
• Solid understanding of 2D animation principles, timing, composition and camera movement.
• Experience with After Effects plugin‑based workflows and particle systems.
• Ability to animate raster‑based game artwork while staying flexible with other asset types.
• Understanding of responsive animation workflows, safe zones, aspect ratios and file‑size limits.
• Good English communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
