Online Data Analyst – Remote (Serbia)

About the role

The Online Data Analyst supports TELUS Digital’s AI Community by auditing and validating spatial and mapping datasets for Serbia. You will work remotely, applying rigorous evaluation frameworks to ensure geographic data accuracy for millions of map users.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured quality audits on spatial datasets using mapping platforms, search directories, and GIS‑standard evaluation tools.
• Evaluate and cross‑reference complex business, geographic, and cultural data entries against multiple authoritative sources.
• Perform root‑cause analysis when data points conflict, documenting discrepancies with precise reasoning.
• Apply detailed evaluation frameworks consistently across diverse geographic, business, and cultural variations.
• Provide structured feedback to refine mapping algorithms and improve geographic intelligence.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in English and Serbian (both Latin and Cyrillic scripts) with native‑level proficiency.
• Residency in Serbia for the past five consecutive years.
• Advanced analytical thinking and methodical problem‑solving ability.
• Deep regional, cultural, and geographic knowledge of Serbia.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in analytical, technical, or research disciplines (preferred).
• Stable internet connection and personal computer.
