Online English Lesson Content Developer (Remote)

About the role

Novakid is seeking a creative and energetic Content Writer to design engaging online English lessons for children aged 4‑12. You will transform learning objectives into fun, intuitive activities that motivate young learners to speak, think and interact.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop age‑appropriate online English lessons across multiple levels and projects.
• Turn learning objectives into clear activities with measurable outcomes and strong pacing.
• Create exercises, assessments, and supporting content for various Novakid products.
• Review and improve existing lessons based on feedback and performance data.
• Collaborate with Methodology, Proofreading, Design, Production and other content teams.
• Contribute ideas for new formats and activities, and support pilots and new courses.

Required profile

• Higher education with strong knowledge of English language teaching and lesson planning.
• Experience creating educational or teaching materials, preferably for children.
• Excellent English (minimum C1) – written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accept and act on feedback.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience using Jira or similar project‑management tools.
• Ability to incorporate AI tools into the content‑creation workflow.
