About the role
Flalingo is seeking freelance English tutors to deliver live, interactive lessons to children aged 4‑12 worldwide. You will work from home, using a modern computer and high‑speed internet to create a playful, speaking‑focused learning environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct live online English lessons for kids, emphasizing speaking skills and interactive, play‑based activities.
- Engage with Flalingo’s tutor community via WhatsApp and contribute to the platform’s continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Minimum 2‑3 years of experience teaching English to children 4‑12.
- Degree in English Language Teaching, Literature, Translation, or related field; teaching certificate preferred.
- Patient, creative, energetic, and strong in child communication.
Required skills
- Proficiency with online teaching platforms.
- Ability to use technology effectively during lessons.
