Order Management Specialist – Swedish Language

About the role

The Order Management Specialist ensures smooth end‑to‑end processing of customer orders for industrial products. You will act as the main liaison between customers and internal teams, guaranteeing accurate order entry, timely delivery, and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, review and enter orders into the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system.
• Verify product availability, delivery terms and contractual requirements.
• Communicate order confirmations, delivery updates and manage changes or cancellations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production Planning, Logistics, Operations Quality and Controlling to ensure on‑time fulfillment.
• Escalate and follow up on critical or delayed orders.
• Maintain accurate order records and generate tracking reports and KPI dashboards.
• Support audits, process‑improvement initiatives and automation projects related to order management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in order management, customer service or supply‑chain functions, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Fluent in English and Swedish.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SAP.
• Familiarity with customer portals and order‑processing workflows.
