Part-Time Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Social Media Manager to own MBI‑Akademie’s social media channels, create and publish content, engage the audience and generate leads. You will work closely with Marketing and Sales and help shape the social media strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the social media content plan and coordinate production with copywriters and designers.
• Publish posts and stories, monitor performance, and analyse key metrics to optimise reach, engagement and lead generation.
• Respond to direct messages, manage comments, and communicate with the audience on behalf of the brand.
• Identify and collect potential leads from social media and hand them over to the Sales team.
• Run Telegram bot campaigns, including reactivation and event announcements.
• Monitor competitors, trends and new formats, and test content and marketing hypotheses.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of SMM metrics and ability to turn analysis into actionable conclusions.
• Excellent written Russian and professional communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and propose new ideas.

Required skills

• Telegram bot setup and management.
• Mailing and chatbot tools for audience reactivation.
• Social media analytics and performance monitoring.
