Patient Engagement Lead – Global Clinical Trial Recruitment and Retention

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a Patient Engagement Lead to drive global clinical trial recruitment and retention efforts. You will work closely with functional area leads, solution partners, and study teams to develop and execute strategies that ensure successful patient enrollment across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discussions with study leads and solution partners to identify and resolve enrollment challenges.
• Compile and interpret recruitment data to support business decisions and document solutions.
• Develop, approve, and distribute integrated recruitment and retention tactics from sponsor contracting through study closure.
• Coordinate community outreach activities, including advocacy group liaison and local event participation.
• Oversee translation, printing, distribution, inventory management, and destruction of recruitment materials.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and scope changes while ensuring compliance with Syneos Health SOPs.

Required profile

• BA/BS in biological sciences or related health‑care discipline (e.g., RN).
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to multitask under tight deadlines and work both independently and within a matrix team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database applications.
