Patient Engagement Lead – Global Clinical Trial Recruitment and Retention

About the role

The Patient Engagement Lead will drive patient enrollment and retention strategies for global clinical trials, collaborating with functional leads, solution partners and sponsors to ensure successful recruitment outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discussions with study leads to identify enrollment challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
• Compile and interpret data to support business decisions and document solutions.
• Develop, approve and distribute integrated recruitment and retention tactics from contract to study closure.
• Coordinate community outreach, advocacy group liaison and local events.
• Manage operations of solution partners, set agendas, track progress and report risks.
• Oversee translation, printing, distribution and destruction of recruitment materials.
• Act as primary point of contact for project updates, fiscal information and contract compliance.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to departmental growth and business development.

Required profile

• BA/BS in biological sciences, health care or related discipline.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal and team‑oriented skills.
• Excellent verbal, written and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to multitask under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database applications).
