People Operations Manager

About the role

We’re looking for a People Operations Manager to join our People & Culture team in Belgrade. You will support a growing international workforce, handling employee data, documentation, and day‑to‑day HR processes across multiple legal entities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate employee data across HRIS and other People systems.
• Prepare and coordinate HR documentation across different legal entities.
• Support employee lifecycle changes, including role, compensation, and employment status updates.
• Coordinate document signing and ensure employee records are complete and organized.
• Support relocation and immigration processes, including residence permits and work authorizations.
• Maintain HR trackers, reports, and operational data.
• Partner with People Partners, People Coordinators, Finance, payroll providers, and external partners.
• Contribute to the upcoming HRIS transition and help ensure smooth migration of employee data.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or HR Administration, preferably in a fast‑growing international company.
• Strong hands‑on experience with employee administration and HR documentation.
• Experience working with HRIS or other People‑related systems.
• Good understanding of HR administration and labor‑related processes.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy when handling employee data and documents.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• English proficiency at B2+ level.
• Ability to work from the Belgrade office 1–2 times per week.
