People Process Specialist

About the role

The People Process Specialist is responsible for taking a holistic, process‑centric view of the employee lifecycle, from hire to retire. Working closely with business units and country teams, the role ensures that every HR touchpoint is efficient, compliant and delivers a strong employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, map and continuously improve employee journey touchpoints across onboarding, development, offboarding and retirement.
• Standardise people processes to guarantee consistency, compliance and a positive experience for employees and managers.
• Own the HRIS landscape (SAP SuccessFactors and related solutions) as system owner and super‑user, handling configuration, upgrades, integrations and troubleshooting.
• Maintain data quality, security and governance in line with privacy standards.
• Develop and roll out AI‑enabled help‑desk capabilities, building AI agents that provide self‑service answers for HR queries.
• Collaborate with IT on system architecture, integration, security and AI tool implementation.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR best practices.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or a comparable HRIS platform.
• Background in a multinational environment is preferred.
• Strong project‑management abilities and excellent communication skills.
