People Services Specialist I (Hybrid)

About the role

The People Services Specialist I provides operational and transactional HR support throughout the employee lifecycle for Worldwide Clinical Trials in Serbia, working in a hybrid setting.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee data in the HCM system and ensure timely entry.
• Support employment lifecycle activities, including documentation storage and registration/deregistration.
• Process separations, create separation packages, and manage benefits and leave administration per local requirements.
• Provide guidance on workforce management policies to People Business Partners and managers.
• Assist with remuneration processes in collaboration with internal and external partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant administrative or HR support experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, think critically, and follow compliance regulations.
• Team‑oriented attitude and capacity to build effective relationships.

Required skills

• Workday (HCM) experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
