Performance Optimization Manager (Paid Search)

About the role
The Performance Optimization Manager (Paid Search) will lead and refine paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing. You will work closely with the Client Service team to ensure client goals are met while driving media and performance KPIs.
Key responsibilities
- Execute and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads, Bing, and related platforms.
- Develop and implement targeting and bidding strategies to meet performance KPIs.
- Monitor performance, analyze data, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Prepare detailed reports and dashboards that highlight results, insights, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the Client Service team to understand client needs and provide timely communication.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years experience managing and optimizing paid search campaigns.
- Proven ability to work with SEM platforms such as Google Ads and Bing.
- Fluent English (B2+).
- Strong attention to detail and capacity to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
