PHP/WordPress Developer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled PHP/WordPress Developer for a full‑time remote position. You will design, code, and modify websites from layout to function according to client specifications, ensuring a visually appealing and user‑friendly experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain back‑end and front‑end components of WordPress sites.
• Implement responsive web design to guarantee mobile‑friendly performance.
• Collaborate closely with clients to translate requirements into functional, well‑structured websites.
• Perform ongoing website maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Available to work 9 am–5 pm CT (US) on a regular schedule.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Problem‑solving mindset and critical thinking.
• Relevant degree in Computer Science or a related field is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in back‑end development with PHP.
• Experience with front‑end technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Expertise in WordPress for both design and development.
• Solid understanding of responsive web design principles.
• Knowledge of web design best practices.
