Power Solution Lead – Project Engineer

About the role

As a Power Solution Lead – Project Engineer you will join Schneider Electric’s project delivery team, working directly with customers on international power‑related projects. You will support the full project lifecycle, from tendering and design to testing and commissioning, ensuring solutions meet customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers on challenging international projects, including occasional travel.
• Participate in all project phases: tendering, design, acceptance testing, and final commissioning.
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers to achieve their business goals.
• Collaborate with Schneider Electric colleagues in Serbia and abroad to meet project objectives and customer satisfaction.
• Work with development teams to define and prioritize feature requests.
• Support sales and tendering activities as needed.
• Mentor less‑experienced colleagues and share knowledge within the team.

Required profile

• University degree in Electrical Power Engineering.
• Basic knowledge of electrical power engineering, electrical machines and utilities.
• Experience or basic knowledge in project delivery or other customer‑facing roles.
• International project experience is a plus.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages (e.g., German, Spanish, Italian, French) are advantageous.
• Strong teamwork, organizational and communication skills.
• Problem‑solving mindset and willingness to continuously improve.
