PowerBI Developer

About the role

The Power Business Intelligence (BI) Developer will lead the end‑to‑end implementation of ProPharma’s corporate Power BI reporting ecosystem, turning raw data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy the organization’s Microsoft Power BI platform, including semantic models, dashboards and reports.
• Establish and maintain governance standards such as workspace management, row‑level and object‑level security, data lineage and compliance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers and application teams to translate requirements into intuitive visualisations.
• Optimize DAX calculations, report performance and scalability, and implement automated deployment and version control.
• Mentor junior BI developers and provide training to business users to expand self‑service analytics.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience leading Power BI initiatives and building reporting environments from scratch.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.
