Pricing Systems Analyst

About the role

The Pricing Systems Analyst will support Syneos Health’s pricing tools and financial models, ensuring accurate pricing information for internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs and financial pricing data using Excel models and online pricing systems.
• Test and validate updates to pricing tool assumptions and algorithms, collaborating with the Pricing team.
• Correct errors in pricing tools and adapt models for strategic customers.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with IT and third‑party system developers.
• Prepare and update user instructions and training materials.
• Coordinate with Finance to keep rate cards, FX rates, and other core data current.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry or a comparable field.
• BA/BS or equivalent in a business or health‑related discipline.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Advanced Excel skills for financial and pricing analysis.
• Analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills.
