Procurement Associate

About the role

Join BVP Serbia’s fast‑growing procurement team in Belgrade, supporting AI‑driven security solutions through efficient purchasing, logistics and inventory management.

Key responsibilities

• Create RFQs, compare vendor pricing, generate Purchase Orders in QuickBooks and route them for approval.
• Track inbound/outbound shipments, prepare commercial invoices and customs documents for cross‑border deliveries.
• Receive inventory in NetSuite, maintain item master data and reconcile receipts with vendor bills.
• Manage ISP contracts, order internet services, negotiate terms and handle service changes.
• Order and track Motorola two‑way radios and related accessories, ensuring model compatibility.
• Maintain organized procurement files, produce reports on open POs, spend and shipment status, and support process improvements.

Required profile

• College diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, logistics or operations administration.
• Hands‑on experience creating POs and managing inventory in QuickBooks and NetSuite.
• Experience preparing shipping documents and commercial invoices for cross‑border shipments.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (lookups, pivot tables) and Outlook/Office 365 or Google Workspace.
• Experience with QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) and NetSuite.
• Comfortable using carrier portals (FedEx, UPS, Purolator) for label creation and tracking.
• Basic understanding of internet service types, contract terms and customs basics (HS codes, Incoterms).
